This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Tutelogy.in. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these policies:

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Students:

- Students can cancel or reschedule a tutoring session by notifying the tutor.

- Cancellations or rescheduling is acceptable if done with at least 24 Hours of notice before the scheduled session.

- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 Hours notice will not be considered liable.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Tutors:

- Tutors are expected to honor the agreed-upon session schedule.

- If a tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they should provide reasonable notice to the student within 6 to 12 hours.

3. No-Show and Late Arrivals:

- If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice (a "no-show"), the session will be considered delivered.

- If a student arrives late for a session, the session duration will not be extended, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

4. Technical Issues:

- In case of technical difficulties during a session that prevent effective tutoring, both tutors and students should communicate promptly and attempt to resolve the issue.

- If technical issues persist and prevent the session from continuing, it may be rescheduled or refunded based on mutual agreement.

5. Refund Policy:

- Refunds for prepaid sessions will be considered under the following circumstances:

- If a tutor cancels a session without providing reasonable notice.

- If a tutor fails to attend a scheduled session.

- If technical issues persist and the session cannot be effectively conducted.

- Refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days of the request and credited back to the original payment method, after a thorough investigation.

6. Dispute Resolution:

- In case of any disputes regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds, Tutelogy.in will mediate and strive to find a fair solution for both tutors and students.

7. Tutor's Days Off:

-Tutors have the right to take up to 2 days off in a month. These days off must not be confused with national holidays and weekly days off.

8. Modifications to Policy:

- Tutelogy.in reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our platform implies your acceptance of these changes.
